Longstocking is a fully functioning micro brewery creating the freshest craft beers and ciders with something for everyone.
Our brewery is dedicated to making fine examples of classic styles of beer like Pilsners, the world’s most popular beer and other classics like our Irish Stout (think Guinness) and our Irish Red Ale for lovers of all things malty. Our head brewer Matt Burnett also loves to create hoppy craft beers like Pale Ales, IPA’s and XPA’s as well as experimenting with new styles like Sours.
Our brewery uses the latest techniques and world class systems to ensure the consistency and quality of each brew. We also can our beers on site so you can enjoy takeaways , or if you can’t make it to the brewery, you can buy them online or visit one of our stockists.
We have 12 beers and ciders on tap and endeavour to fill nine of those with our products whilst showcasing at least one other brewery, in this industry we love to showcase great beer.

Brewery Tours

Our brewery tours aren’t just about tanks and taps—they’re about stories, flavours, and the passionate people who make it all happen. Whether you’re a casual sipper or a certified beer nerd, our tours offer a relaxed, informative and entertaining experience. You’ll explore how we go from grain to glass, see our brewers in action, and enjoy a guided tasting of our freshest brews.
We have a range of options which include tasting paddles of our beers, guided tastings and talks by Certified Cicerones about beer appreciation, styles, beer history and more. Tours run by request for groups of four or more, with options to suit your taste, time and appetite. Perfect for locals, visitors, and anyone curious about how good beer is made on the Sapphire Coast.

Includes explanation of the brewing process from grain to glass, guided brewery tour, and tasting paddle of 4 beers of your choice. - Beer Lovers, Guided Tour and Tasting – 45 minutes – $55 pp
Includes explanation of the brewing process from grain to glass, brewery tour, and brewers tasting paddle of 10 beers. - Expert Guided Tour and Tasting – 1 hour – $85pp – Book Online
Includes explanation of the brewing process from grain to glass, brewery tour and talk by Certified Cicerone about beer history. You will also be talked through 10 different styles of beer in a custom tasting paddle and receive another beer of your choice at the end of the tour
